- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy or chunky
- ¾ cup Mini Marshmallows
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 pinch Salt
Cover a baking with with parchment paper and set aside.
In a non-stick pan, melt the butter. Add the milk and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and mini marshmallows. Continue to stir until the marshmallows are melted before adding the oats and salt.
Mix well, then drop by the spoonful onto your prepared baking sheet. Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 3 days at room temperature or up to 1 week in the fridge. Enjoy!
